Disney Site ERROR Message

Has anyone else gotten the error message, I mean I know a lot of people have but has anyone called about it? Just curious if I should call or just wait...

I'm hopeing someone might had called and could answer?

For some reason there is an error message under "tickets" on my reservation. My friend has the same thing listed when she looks hers up on the internet. We both applied the recent discounts, so maybe that's the reason. When we call to check the reservation the tickets, etc, are all correct. Not sure what the problem is with the internet.

I have the same thing. I called to make an ADR, but spoke to a CM first to have her check, my tickets and dining are correct as well. I'm sure it's just a glitch or something. I'll feel better though when I get my new paperwork stating it!!!! KWIM - I'm sure it's fine though.

You should get a confirmation letter in the mail in the next few days. Then, a few weeks before the trip, I think you get a packet with your ME luggage tags etc.

BTW, I have the YRE promo package too and my tickets are coming up "error".

Also, did anyone else get a confirmation number that starts with a K or another letter? When I tried to call back to ask about my res, I couldn't enter in a K on the keypad, and the CM asked where I had booked it thru originally. When I said "y'all", she said she had never heard of a conf # with a letter.

I have the error message under tickets as well. Seems everyone with the promo does. i am not worried.

Yes, I made a reservation yesterday online through the florida resident discount button, and the confirmation number starts with an R. So this must be something new.

Yes, the "paperwork" I was talking about is the confirmation letter. We all who applied the code should be getting a new confirmation letter with the new package applied. My resv. # doesn't have a letter, it's just numbers, and the CM said it wouldn't change?? Did anyone else who applied the code keep thier original resv. number?

Reservations that were booked using the "Visa" promo code start with a K. Any other online reservations start with an 6. Reservations through Disney over the phone start with a 3. Reservations through a travel agent over the phone start with a 1. These are all for packages. Room only reservations online start with an R. Just a way for Disney to track how many reservations are booked using each of the different methods.

Technically, I cancelled my room-only exisiting reservation and booked the YRE package, as opposed to "applying the code" like you guys did. So that would explain why my conf # is different. Maybe if its a new reseervation under YRE/YRD you get the conf # with the letter. I'm sure it doens't matter, but that might explain it.

By the way, I'm all decked out in my purple and gold for ya! Yeah right, LOL.

my CM said that because I was going from a room only to a package i had to cancel my other ressie and i would be refunded the deposit and start over. So my ressie went from a R to a K...

My reservation # did not change when I applied the YQX code, so I don't think you have anything to worry about.

I didn't get a voucher with my confirmation paperwork.

I haven't gotten my new paperwork yet, but on my "old" paperwork, I did have the info about the voucher for Planet Hollywood. The CM said all that would stay the same. I did get a confirmation letter of my refund though!!!

I'm sure everyone who booked a package in 2006 is getting the same voucher, just check your paperwork when you get it, it should be on there.


Jaime -- Planet Hollywood is at Downtown Disney!!! You were right Hard Rock is at US/IOA. I'm not sure where you are staying, but you can use Disney transportation to take you over to DD. My trip is 80 days away too!!!!!! I think Heather is just a little bit less, like 78 or something!!! I'm happy dancing already!!!

OH, have you guys started "looking" at what you need to pack??? OR, am I nuts.....????
