Disney res system down

Ugh. I've been trying to book our reservation all day and the system has been down. Even over the phone, the CM couldn't book for me. Does this happen often?

I called a few times today as well. The website seems all jacked up too.

I personally haven't seen such a long outage like that before. I knew something was wrong when the CM picked up right away and I didn't have to wait!

Yes this is insane- it has been down since this morning. For all of Disney to have no ability to reserve a room or modify a reservation for 12-24 hours is beyond crazy. I've never seen anything like this- and you can't even book wdw hotels from third parties like Orbitz or Priceline. Wow.

I finally have it booked. It was still down when I checked at 430 this morning - crazy!!

Glad you got it booked! I had heard that MB's weren't even working on property to get people into rooms, etc.

I have been waiting a total of hour and half if not close to 2 hours now trying to get through to adjust my room reservation and I can't do it online.
