Can someone tell me what this place was like during Peak Season? The things look cool, but I have heard mixed reviews. Some people say you wait forever to get your turn, is that true?

I'm curious, too. I posted a similar question in another thread but didn't hear anything other than it's real busy. Are the lines so bad that you don't get a turn? Thanks for any specifics.

If there are any local school groups that go during the season, then yes you will wait forever to get a chance to try stuff. Generally during the middle of the week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) are better days to go based on my experience. Except during the summer when you get summer camp groups that always seem to be there.

I went last August and I'm glad it was included in the price of my package because if I had to pay for what they charge I would have been very disappointed.

It was so crowded that I didn't even bother waiting for any other rides after waiting an hour to ride the POTC simulated ride. The ride was terrible and I was mad at myself for waiting that long. This was my second time there and I thought maybe the first time I went I missed something, but now I realize that because of the crowds and the very lame rides, I just knew I didn't miss a thing. The wait is very long for computer simulated rides that they are starting to put in arcades in malls all across America. So don't wait for these rides they are not worth it.

Also, to get to play the games is not easy. I got frustrated with this place and just left. I will definitely pass this up next time around.

We were there a few weeks ago on a Thursday. We spent 11 hours at Disneyquest and most of the day we could do whatever we wanted to without waiting. It was a blast for the whole family (DH, DS14, DD11). The last few hours it got etremely crowded and it was not nearly as fun. I would NEVER go there during a busy time. It would be a huge waste of money, not to mention the noise and chaos. We seemed to have picked a perfect time to visit; the following week was Jersey Week and we hit the lull.

Thanks everybody for the "specifics". It gave me better insight and definitely helped me in planning for our trip.
