Is there any sort of ticket combo where you can get a 5 day ticket to all the parks and PI and DQ if you are NOT staying in a Disney resort?

Also, can you use the WDW transportation system if you aren't a hotel guest?

A 5 day PHP would give you all, EXCEPT DQ.

As for transportation, I do think, technically, no, but have never ever seen a guest questioned about using any of the many means of WDW transportation.

One slight comment from a newcomer in the peanut gallery (me) is that, according to Birnbaum's Official Guide, a park hopper ticket "includes use of WDW Transportation" (page 17 in 2003 version).
