Is there any counter services inside of Disney Quest, or do you have to leave the building and eat in DTD?

Yes there is a counter service place inside DQ.

I'm not sure what all they serve, but I think they have pizza, burgers, chicken strips/nuggets.

My recollection is like squirrel's -- it's kid-type chow.

The pizza isn't bad. It is large, and we buy a couple to feed the whole crowd. They also have cups that can be refilled for $1.

Thanks for all the replys......I have another question, if you are inside and you want to go eat somewhere else, can you leave and come back or do they charge again?

Yes, you can leave and come back just like a park. If you are planning on staying a good length of time, I definately recommend taking a break away for a little bit. It gets overstimulating for long periods of time!
Also, with the many food choices @ DTD, I definately recommend getting something to eat outside of DQ.

We ate there, and it was typical counter service food. Although my ds enjoyed it because he got a Disney sized white chocolate cupcake!! We ended up sharing that one! lol
