I loved those statues!!! We saw the ones they had outside the Magic Kingdom. I wish I'd taken more pictures of them, but only got these 2.

I was lucky enough to see the Mickey statues when they were displayed at the Ronald Reagan building in Washington, DC a couple of years(?) ago.

How cute! I sure hope I wasn't already living in DC and missed this right in my backyard!!

Thanks, It was a few things combined, I had to rotate the image, modify the areas with some cutting and realigning and then blend the lines that didnt line up perfectly.

I just checked. I took the photos on April 30, 2005. They were only there for a week or two, I think. I dragged my family there to see them - it was only a few weeks after we returned from our first trip to WDW. The kids really enjoyed them.

Those Mickey's were great. I loved seeing them when they were at MK - that was the first year we lived here I think. I took quite a few photos of them, but the day I went to finish them up - my camera was having issues, and I did not make it back in time before they moved on. My DSis who was vacationing here at the time claims to have gotten them all. I need her to send me a CD with them all! I also lost some when I had a computer problem back before I was so diligent about multiple back ups of my photos.

This was one of my favs - taken 11/1/2003

I wish they would not have been auctioned and would have been kept in circulation - although I am sure logistically it was not easy moving them from place to place. I would have been happy had they stayed at MK!
