I tried to merge them using my photostitch program, but it didn't work. Next time try overlapping the shots more and you can use software to combine them. The way they are now, the software doesn't have enough common reference points to merge them properly.

I had some time earlier so I thought I would give the image a shot at merging..

Taken in EPCOT yesterday at the American Pavilion - for the Flower Power concert series - very 70s! They reminded me of flowers I had on my walls when I was a teen!

wow yekcim, i love this pic! very beautiful!

Love the prospective and the colors!:thumbsup2

Thank you both very much. As I have often said, you can stand anywhere in any DisneyWorld park, turn in any direction, and there is a *photograph*. At WDW, with a decent camera, even a bumbler like me can get a decent shot now and then. Oh, and to be candid, I shot over 2000 pix in July 06; the ones I've posted here are a very small portion of those 2000; the rest are not worth uploading or posting.

Hey Joe~I went out and bought the DSC-H2 two weeks ago because of your pictures! It was on a terrific sale! If my pictures turn out anywhere close to yours, I'll be thrilled! Thanks for the recommendation!.

Thanks for the compliment! Have fun with your new camera!

Wow - I'm so happy someone else takes the same picture I've taken (DGF wasn't very interested in it)

I just loved the architecture of the Morocco Pavillion. I was only there for a few minutes (had to rush off to La Nouba), but I snapped as many photos as I could. This next time I'll do more - I'm going to make sure there is plenty of time for me to spend at the pavillions.

My guess is that my kids will want to do so, as well. Their elementary school is extremely international (around 85%+), and many of their friends come from Morocco or the surrounding countries. DD has already stated that she can't wait to see it. Yay all around! :yay:

Here's one from the butterfly room @ Epcot last year during the flower and garden festival.

I was lucky enough to see the Mickey statues when they were displayed at the Ronald Reagan building in Washington, DC a couple of years(?) ago. This was the last display before they were auctioned off. Here is one of the statues (I took photos of about half of them), as well as a shot of the courtyard they were in, just to give you the feel of the place. Unfortunately, I didn't document who did which statue! Shame on me!!!!! :sad2:

And the courtyard (this was only part of them - they were scattered around the place):

One more question please sir. Have you had any luck with fireworks shots with your DSC-H2? I was reading the link on the H9 and it lists fireworks as one of its scene modes (along with advanced sports shooting which would be great for DS & DD's soccer games). Wondering if your has been good with these sorts of live action or dark action shooting?

Thanks again!

The H2 does *good* with fireworks if you have a somewhat steady hand. I haven't really mastered the art of taking good fireworks shots though... The only chance I've really had was with a 6 year old on my shoulder.

Dark action such as SpectroMagic or dark rides, not the best simply because anything over ISO300 is flooded with "noise" or "grain". It looks like the H9 is better at producing higher ISO shots with little or no noise, so I don't really know how it would do.

Sorry, but unless anyone has an H9 and can take some low light pictures at a high ISO and see what kind of noise is there, I can't really help you with the H9...

Here's one of the few *decent* fireworks shot (like I said, not terrible bad for having a 6 year old on my shoulders):

Again - decent but not great by any means - the castle isn't clear like it should be. A higher ISO would help with castle blur.
