Does anyone know when the offers are likely to be released for 2014? We are thinking of doing an onsite stay for my birthday but don't want to miss out on the free dining plan and would love the free gift card.

Free dining is still on for 2013 so might be a while yet

I'd expect to see the 2014 launch in April. this is their normal launch timeframe.
