Disney+ Offer?

I thought about just rebooking my cruise and canceling the existing reservation, since I can't get through on the phone. But the March 4-11 Fantasy cruise isn't showing under the promotion filter, even though it is not excluded. Do you think that means they sold all of the promotion rooms?

Lots of cabins for 4. This was a sample of the cheapest - and I am showing one deck.

That's so strange. It's not coming up for me under the Disney+ offer filter. I can see many cruises, but this one is missing completely. If I turn off the filter and go through booking that cruise, it wants to charge me for the third and fourth guests. I wonder if it is because I already have this cruise booked, so it isn't showing it as an option. Thanks for checking for me!

The discount is pretty nice. Here’s what they would charge those who don’t have Disney + (my bundle is $14 - 7 credit on AMEX = good trade off)

Maybe. Hmmm.. I think trying later is going to get you that savings, still. Never give up. Never surrender. (Is that a Pixar quite?)

The sale has a big window (March 1).

Keep in mind that just because you see lots of available staterooms in a category, that doesn't mean that ALL of those staterooms are going to be available under the Disney+ offer. It's a limited percentage of rooms available at the discount. When that percentage is reached, the offer is over for that category on that sailing. So, for example, I just booked a client in a Category 8B under the offer, and I had plenty of available staterooms to choose from. I then went to do another client SAME category SAME cruise, and the 8B wasn't available under the offer. I mean, we're talking a matter of 10 minutes. The same exact staterooms that showed as available under the offer 10 minutes beforehand were not showing as available under the offer anymore (they were still available at rack rate, just not with the offer). Discounted staterooms are filling up REALLY fast on some sailings.

I must be missing something, but I do not see how to "filter" the Disney+ offers. I logged into the DCL site with my Disney+ e-mail, and my profile even mentions that I am a Disney+ subscriber, but whenever I look at a non-exempted cruise, it shows no discounts for the 3rd and 4th guests. Any ideas?

I bet there are a lot of duplicate bookings going on. I just got a confirmation from my booking attempt that errored out. I was able to successfully book after the error, so i now have 2 bookings.

How long is this sale for? Not what cruise dates but how long is the sale going to last? Just today? Till next week? I'm not seeing that anywhere.

Thanks! I am able to access it in an incognito browser, even though I have to log in to see the Disney+ deal. So it must be a glitch. Now I am sitting on the checkout screen, wondering if it is worth switching rooms (and maybe losing early dining) or just continuing on hold to see if I can get a rep to change it. My only concern is all the "limited availability" language and whether Disney will reach a point where they won't allow us to reprice.

Is there an option to put it on hold today (as is usual). Then try later for the phone in the next few days? I can’t remember when dining time is selected.

Such nice savings.

right, that's why I asked. She said she called to book for 5, I'm wondering if she paid 50% for the 5th guest or 100%.
Did (would) she tell you the quoted price? It’s pretty easy to figure out, then. The sale price is visible online (party of 4). Just subtract party of 4 from quoted party of 5.

Since 3-4-5 guests are typically not full price, I imagine it’s going to be the normal discount for that person.

I would love to hear what you discover After doing the math.

You are brilliant!!!! I didn't realize that was an option, but it worked. Now I have until Sep 11 to try and reprice the existing reservation (which I like a little more because it's not a connecting room and already has early dining) or confirm this one and cancel the old one! Huge stress relief. Saved me more than expected too - same category room (one away from the old one) - $2,600 savings! I assume it will be same savings if I can reprice the existing one, but at least I don't have to stress now. Thank you!!!!

I experimented - It would allow me to hold the cruise until midnight on Sep 11 (3-day hold) without payment. That might be enough time to get through on the phone.

Still don’t remember when you chose dining.

Good luck.
