So with the closure of the night clubs at Pleasure Island back in '08, where is there to go after the parks have closed for the evening? I've read about Atlantic Dance and Jellyrolls both at the Boardwalk. Has anyone ever been to either of these spots? Know of any other places? I'm not a party animal, but being on vacation I would enjoy to get the most out of my time both day and night life!

Looks like I will definitely be heading into jellyrolls then!:cool1: Anyone know of any others?

Atlantic Dance shouldn't even exist. Go to Jellyrolld

LOL d66!!!

have not heard any Jellyrolls meet yet for October... why dont you set it up ??!!!

Planning on checking out the Sir harry's Lounge at the new Waldorf Astoria if its open... rumor has it they have some sort of a comedy club type a thing...

The options are pretty thin, unfortunately. LaNouba has a 9 pm show and late dinners are quieter. Disney Quest is open late and there are often good shows at House of Blues.

Safari Queen has brought up a good point. What kind of hours are we talking about when we say "night life"? For some people that is after-hours club open until dawn.

I was surprised that a theme park in California, Knotts Berry Farm, had a hotel on site for a theme park that closed at 6:00 p.m. Pleasure Island was still there when I was at Disney World, and I don't know what we will see in that area in September. I am not a night owl, but I do see how any theme park wanting guests to stay on property needs to keep them from taking their money elsewhere when they are not ready to sleep.

What about Raglan Road? I've never been there, but read that they had bands and stuff. Sounded fun.

Night life being after the parks close. So really anything after 10p. I'm not looking to be out until 5am since the parks open 8a-9a so I'll need SOME sleep. Thanks for all the responses I'll definitely be looking into all of them. Going to make the absolute MOST of my trip this year:banana:

Love going to ADH. . .Atlantic Dance Hall is fun to get your party on. Jellyrolls has a 10 dollar cover charge. . .ADH is free. Duelig pianos at JRs is fun but ADH is just more fun. . .If you want a party, get a BWV villa room overlooking the boardwalk and invite a few friends.
