Until the Blue Sky agreement with HBO ends, their movies will continue to cycle on and off of Disney+. I’m not sure when that is, I’ve read 2021 but never seen an actual source. That's cool. I hadn't realized that BlueSky did The Peanuts Movie. They really need to get all of the BlueSky portfolio on D+ now that they own it.
And I'm not sure that's the only one. Ice Age is currently on Starz and Rio is on HBO.Ah, so that's why. Dang pre-existing agreements!

They should keep those terrible Fox X-Men movies off the service - they are damaging to the Marvel brand. I was surprised to see the recent Fantastic Four moive on there. These movies should all at least carry content warnings: "This movie is egregiously bad - Not Part of the MCU."
X-Men (2000) and X-Men Days of Future Past are excellent movies. And Fantastic Four (2005) isnt terrible. Its a fine adaptation of the comics. Its not MCU quality, but its fine. FF(2015), The Wolverine, and X-Men- Apocalypse are all terrible
In its time X2 was the best movie I'd ever seen and Days of Future Past and Logan (spoiler: not coming to Disney+, ever) were up there too. X2 doesn't hold up perfectly, but at the time I was blown away. The big difference is that series as a whole makes absolutely no sense at all (the timeline taken together is impossible) and unlike phases 1-4 of the MCU was never intended to, but I agree that it has some of the best movies. I bought the first 7 in a package deal from Vudu for $27 but I'm looking forward to the newer ones coming to D+ or Hulu eventually. The X-Men series has very inconsistent quality but I'd say a few of them are actually better than a few of the MCU films. The MCU as a whole is miles ahead of the X-Men series. However, I'd say X2, First Class, and Days of Future Past are better than Hulk, Iron Man 2, Thor 2, and possibly the first Thor (it's a good movie in its own right but find it kind of dull overall).

I get what he is saying somewhat. He loves the cast soundtrack but hasn't seen it live so he was expecting more of a theater like experience. For a theater like experience, the camera would need to be in the balcony and it would just be a HD version of the bootlegs you find out Youtube.
In the US they are part of the new HBO MAX service. Disney lost (gave up?) the rights to the Ghibli films a few years back. HBO MAX is using Disney's redubbings for the movies that previously had a Fox dub like Totoro.Need all of the studio ghibli movies on Disney + !
See that they were on netflix, but not in U.S.
