Yea, they say "select" restaurants are available at 5:45, but I've never seen any open up early.

I've heard both are good. We have only done dinner and really enjoyed the interesting offerings.

They are both very good!
We particularly enjoy dining there in the early evening, but you can't go wrong with either option.

Breakfast is 7:30-11:00
Dinner is 5:00-9:30

Both are excellent, I usually do each once a trip. Very easy if you stay at AKL, and I have stayed there a few times recently.

Both are great choices! Our last meal at Boma was breakfast, March 2020, 1-2 weeks before Disney shut down.
Our family likes to have a late breakfast around 10- 10:30 AM, that way lunch and breakfast are done and easier on our dining budget with 2 meals in 1. .
Dinner is a great option too, so many wonderful items to try and taste. Tough decision .

I have been and continue to be quite harsh with WDW and Harmonious. But, give credit when due. SE and the lights look awesome. When I see something this cool, it really makes me scratch my head how they ruined the views inside and around lagoon at WS.

Of course they make that face mask adjustment a week after our trip! It was hot and miserable wearing those in outdoor lines/rides!
