Disney News, Discussion & an Element of Fun - 2024 Edition

Regarding the Tree of Life at Animal Kingdom: Why couldn’t they just build a second auditorium underneath the tree? That way, It’s Tough To Be A Bug could continue while Zootopia: Better Zoogether doesn’t have to replace an existing show.
Because it takes a lot more work to build under that structure. The cost for that would be very high. All that to preserve a show that most people pass up anyway.

I very much enjoy that show, but it needs some updating for sure. The Hopper animatronic often didn't work at all. Keeping my fingers crossed the zootopia show is a worthy replacement.

I enjoy the show, too, and it's so fitting that Bugs would be living under the tree! Unfortunately, it never had a wait so I get it the need to refresh the area. I loved the movie Zootopia and will give the new show a chance.

If Monstropolis goes in the Muppets area, does that mean Star Tours probably goes too? I’m a muppets fan too but our family LOVES Star Tours.

It’s been speculated star tours could go if they do the muppet courtyard/grand ave route

I could also see star tours be on the chopping block if they decide to make a mini land around eco lake with that/indy show down the road

Ooh, I didn't know. Might finally check out that park this December, then

It’s so amazingly beautiful ! The shows are wonderful, the snope is plentiful, and their park music is amazing for the holidays .. so many classics ! The sea of trees and “O Wondrous Nite” make it worth it .. and there is so much more !
