A ship with no casino is going to be an extremely hard sell in that market unless they make some substantial changes.

So thinking about it I’m not sure they remove the casino. Yeah DCL hasn’t had one on their previous ships but each of the ones they’ve built have at some point sailed out of a US port.

This ship will have its home in Singapore for at least the first 5 years. If it stays international and never sails to a U.S. port I could see them justifying it in the same vein of how they put more adult content on Disney+ internationally at launch where they distributed most of that content on Hulu in the states.

I agree with this. The brand image is differentiated abroad in other ways, they can do the same with DCL.
I hate the smell of smoke from casinos so there's another reason I would avoid this ship, but it's good to have options for people who like that and for markets where that's very important

I can see a casino on this ship, but I think it would be non smoking. Instead they would have smoking lounges. Both of those would cater to the Asian market. I don't think they're keeping the full size of the casino though, they need more space for kids clubs.

Yeah. I'm surprised that little add could have such an impact. I am also surprised whomever manages the board's technical side hadn't fixed it. But at least we know what to do now!

It likely had some badly targeted CSS. Pretty easy to do if you are being sloppy with your selectors.

Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World will close early on January 29 2024 due to the annual Cast Service celebration event.

Park hours at Magic Kingdom for January 29 2024 are not yet available, but previous service celebrations days have seen a 4:30pm close.

Cast Service celebrations reward Cast Members who have reached certain milestones in their Disney career, ranging from 10 to 50 years.
