Exactly!! I'll be arriving on property, dropping my bags off and heading right over to Gideons for "room supplies." Weeeee!!

Our first stop too...and if there's a virtual queue, put in our names, take the boat to POFQ and get beignets too.

I hit Gideon's at ~ 9:15 AM on the Monday before the big Nicole storm and was amazed that the line was already well past an hour. I then dropped by on the following Wed. around 11AM and the line was only 25 minutes. The staff said Wed. mornings currently seem to be the best time of the week for shorter waits.

Don't forget their cold brew if you like coffee ... the peanut butter brew is insanely good! (think I liked it more than the cookies ??)

I’ve hit it anytime between a 20 min standby wait (which got me in during hot cookie hour to boot!) to a 3+ hour virtual wait

I cracked last night to see if the new gargoyle tumbler was still available online after work just to get the Black Friday exclusive trading card lol

I know the weekend isn’t over but according to one media outlet, Strange World is tanking at the box office. Only 4.2 million for the Thanksgiving holiday, (Wakanda Forever is still raking in the cash though).

I’m concerned that such a bad outcome for Strange World could mean serious cutbacks to future Disney animation projects, considering Iger was primarily brought in to rescue the media side of the organization. I was already worried that future Disney+ series are at risk of getting the axe due to that platforms subscription troubles.

I know the weekend isn’t over but according to one media outlet, Strange World is tanking at the box office. Only 4.2 million for the Thanksgiving holiday, (Wakanda Forever is still raking in the cash though).

I’m concerned that such a bad outcome for Strange World could mean serious cutbacks to future Disney animation projects, considering Iger was primarily brought in to rescue the media side of the organization. I was already worried that future Disney+ series are at risk of getting the axe due to that platforms subscription troubles.

I somewhat agree. IMO to fix the subscription trouble they need to start putting more adult oriented shows and movies on Disney+. They have all that Fox content they haven't used.

I’d rather see that happen then have the seemingly “blank check” they’ve given to Kevin Feige be taken away.

That movie was set up to fail in many ways , but for one it was barely marketed. I haven't seen any toys, clothes or anything either.

Some may say it’s due to bad marketing others might say it’s due to one of the major characters being lgbtq+ some may say a bit of both…

It was likely a combination of both, but I have read some articles that also claims the bad marketing was planned to make it fail.
