Video Game News: EA and Marvel Entertainment Announce a Multi-Title Collaboration to Make Action Adventure Games

Electronic Arts Inc. today announced it is collaborating with Marvel on a long-term deal to develop at least three new action adventure games that will be available for consoles and PC. Each of these games will be their own original story set in the Marvel universe with the first title in-development being a single player, third person, action-adventure Iron Man game coming out of Motive Studios.

I'd hate to give credit to EA, but they may have learned from Jedi: Fallen Order that gamers still want good single player games ... think Spider-Man and God of War. I'm really excited for the Iron Man game. If they can get the suit combat and flying down like Spider-Man did for the swinging, this could be an amazing game. Motive EA is a talented studio who's currently working on the Dead Space remake (3rd person man in armor), and the project lead previously did the Guardians of the Galaxy game which was much better than I was expecting.

It’s listed on the My Disney Experience app as “Magic Kingdom souvenir release.”





Signs guide guests to the pickup location and also offer a QR code to scan, which takes you to the mobile order page.

November Offerings at Gideon’s Bakehouse

Gideon’s took to Instagram to announce a NEW cookie this month. Apparently, visitors have been begging for a pumpkin cookie, and now the bakery has finally complied! The Pumpkin Bread Chocolate Crumb Cookie is “filled with real Pumpkin, our House Pumpkin Spice Blend, a little bit of Chocolate on the inside, and a generous topping of Pumpkin Butter Crumbs.”



There will also be some new cake flavors for this month, and we’ve got the full schedule here. There’s a different combination of flavors for every day of the week this month!

Sunday will have Cinnamon Roll, Red Velvet, and Chocolate Everything cakes;

Monday features Pumpkin Chocolate Chip, Chocolate Churro, and PB&J flavors;

Tuesday is Andes Mint, Valentina, and Peanut Butter Cup;

Wednesday will have Chocolate Chip Marshmallow, Golden Oreo, and PB Espresso cakes;

Thursday has Pumpkin Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter Cup, and Key Lime Pie Cake;

Friday is all about Cookies & Cream, Rainbow Crunch, and Salted Caramel;

Saturday will have Cinnamon Roll, Valentina, and PB Banana Double Frosted cakes.

Limited-Time Chip & Dale Tomorrowland Meet and Greet Begins at Magic Kingdom







Over the next few days, guests will be able to meet with Chip & Dale in Tomorrowland at Magic Kingdom after they were displaced from their normal Storybook Circus meet and greet space due to the distribution of the Mr. Toad Popcorn Buckets. Chip and Dale will meet during the day near Space Mountain and other areas throughout Tomorrowland as they roam and show off their futuristic costumes! It was explained to us that this meet and greet will only be for a limited time, with Chip & Dale possibly returning to Storybook Circus on November 5th.
