Earlier on this forum a wish was expressed for AP previews of Guardians of the Galaxy. We will be visiting in May, with APs, when this may or may not happen. Does anyone have experience with AP previews? Do you receive an invitation or is there just an announcement and you have to look for a website. I’m sure it will require a reservation (but how to go about it?) and I would dearly love to be able to experience the ride while we are visiting. Any help would be appreciated.

You’re supposed to receive an email invite that lets you know when/how you can register for the various AP Preview Dates once announced. Unfortunately whether you receive that email or not is up to the Disney IT roulette wheel.

Disney preparing for the imminent return of non-distanced character meet and greets at Walt Disney World​

Disney is currently preparing for the return of regular, non-distanced character meet and greets at Walt Disney World.

According to those familiar with the preparations, we can expect to see guests once again hugging and interacting with characters starting just after the Easter weekend.

Disney in recent months has rolled out COVID related changes within a day or two, if I recall, so I can't imagine they announce tomorrow that traditional meet and greets won't begin for another 3 weeks! Or perhaps that's wishful thinking on my part as we're headed to MK on Sunday and my two year old nearly knocks down the rope everytime we visit Mickey - how wonderful would it be for him to give him a hug this weekend. Gosh, just saying that makes me cry! He was 5 months old when he last got that close to Mickey...

Next up - the barbershop! The boy has yet to have a haircut!

According to BlogMickey.com sources, an announcement about the return of Fantasmic is coming soon. Rehearsals have been ongoing as the Cast prepares to bring back the nighttime show…with a few upgrades.

So, this is posted by Disney Parks, does that mean it's coming back to Disneyland too!??! Everything I saw before this was just geared towards WDW.

After this, I'm just waiting for WDW AP sales to come back so that I can have an excuse to fly out to the other coast again soon!

On their Instagram post they included Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Aulani, and Disney Cruise Line. We’ll see what the official announcement actually includes but hopefully all are in there.
