I was just looking for the thread to mention this :)

Did anyone hear back on the WISHES code? I had a question in about another issue (tried to order the Santa Buddies plushes and got an error, so I don't know if it was ordered or not) and hadn't heard in a week...
 
I haven't heard anything about wishes yet either. maybe we should send another email? they may have been swamped and missed them or hit mass delete button....

The new codegood until January 31st so I'm sure you'll get the e-mail.
 
I got the new code email yesterday. My guess is that it is to replace the WISHES code sice it too is worth 50 points. I nevver heard from DMR about the wishes email I sent.

I hope DMR will send us an e-mail regarding the Wishes code, or put a notice in their sites message section. I think the New Years code is great, but it doesn't answer all of us who took time on Christmas Eve to try the code, and write them regarding it not working. :confused3

I'm sorry to hear that, I am still holding out hope they have been short staffed due to the holidays and will take care of all who need problems corrected. :wizard:

It's limited to one order per member so go check and click on the link. If you already ordered it will tell you. I tried to order more than one set (I have 2 grandchildren) but I couldn't and that was the message I got. When I did order I also got a confirmation email.

Good thing my grandkids know how to share. :sad2:

If your code is showing as invalid, please be sure to check the following:

"Check that you are entering the Magic Code correctly. (Keep in mind that what may look like a "W" could be a "V V")

"Check that you have not entered the Magic Code already.

" Make sure that you have not entered a Magic Code for the same Disney DVD or Blu-ray release.

If you are still having problems please forward the error message you are receiving when entering the code in addition to:

1. Email to DisneyMovieRewards@disneyhelp.com or fax your full name, address and email address, plus the title and a copy of your invalid code insert, to 888-832-6001, marking to the attention of the Disney Movie Rewards Consumer Relations Team. Or

2. Send us a letter including your full name, address and email address, daytime phone number, plus the title and a copy of the invalid code insert, to:

I just received the same message back from them. :confused3:confused3

I e-mailed them back, probably won't get anywhere. I am not really happy with them right now, they for some reason denied my movie ticket stubs to Princess and the Frog.

Hmm...I only recently sent mine in, but they still haven't credited me for Christmas Carol - I see those as still pending.
 
I sent the CC tickets in NOVEMBER... :(

We saw PatF last week...not expecting those to clear just yet.

WOW...that I would wonder about! Mine have always cleared within 2 weeks tops.

But I sent in my Princess and the Frog tickets and it denied it and told me to resubmit my request...well that is kinda hard since they have my stubs! And of course I never have had an issue, so I don't make copies of things to protect me, guess I will start!

Ah, the infamous "we did not receive your stubs/UPC codes/etc." excuse. Had that happen with our Playstation 3. They claimed I didn't include the UPC code, which I most certainly had. After much wrangling and sending them pictures of the hole in the box I cut it out of, etc. they finally relented.
