Bump..

I wanted to bump this up, b/c I know a lot of us from Boston Posted we were going on this thread..

Has anyone been able to get out since the bombing?? & now manhunt for the 2nd guy?

Hi- Im part of the May WDW group & from Boston. So sad. Could not go to work today since the MBTA is shut down. Today is just a tough day & we are all staying really close to home. Prayers to all the victims & their families during this tragic time.

Happy to hear your family is safe.. DH went to work and now is stuck there...
We live close to the area that the police are looking for the man.. So no going in or out until the lockdown is lifted
We have been stuck inside all day, but rather safe then sorry!

I was wondering if anyone who had gotten out, noticed the lines at the airport were bad?
And should we plan to be at the airport 3 hours ahead of time instead of 2?

Im north of Boston and happen to be home sick today (stomach bug ughh) and have been watching the coverage. The only thing I heard about Logan is that flights are coming and going but security is bumped up and they are waving fees for people that must change flights.

This is just horrible, isn't it? Hope they catch him soon!

Me too..
They have it on the news all day.. Running from "person of interest" to "person of interest" (DD was mad that I told no TV or going outside today)
They have also shut our power off for a few hours, so the guy could get any updates from the news feeds
I feel so bad for the police that had no sleep in 24 hours trying to get this guy..
Or the people who didn't get the memo about staying inside, and getting 20 guns aimed at them..

we may need to be at the airport 3-4 hours early just to make our flight on time, but I sure hope not..

My daughter goes to college in Manchester NH and drove down to Lowell for a summer job interview and says there are police everywhere. They are lined up at the Mass/New Hampshire border with dogs.

Geez.. Must have been a sight..
But they are going to get him, I just hope it is sooner rather then later..

Ooh no! I hope they let your dh home soon, as I hope this guy is quickly caught. Glad to know you guys are okay as well. This is so unreal for us! We are just north of Boston so my boys are out in front of the house with there friends.. But I won't let them go much further than that.
