When I got home from work today Dad said he had a present for me

Yes, at the grand old age of 37 I finally have a key to our front door. He got them from a shop in Hayes (Kent, not Middlesex) but there is also a shop on E-bay - Castle Keys - that sells the blanks which you can then take to your local shop to cut for you.

They are so cool, I want the yale on my front door changed as it's sticking, when I do, I'm getting these.
I walked past the shop in Hayes the other day and saw them in the window. Sadly, I didn't have time to stop for that long, but I made a mental note

I have the little Tigger one, along with a baby Winnie the Pooh. I can confirm that our two little ones came from WDW at the Carribean Beach either in 1993 or 1995. Here they are:

I have a Christmas tree ornament set of Pooh, Tigger and Eeyore in the style of Pinky166's and Tinks1984's. Got them in 1999 - think it might have been in Epcot in a shop/stall between the two areas (I broke one and the in-laws replaced it in 2000!)

I'll try and get some photos up at some stage if I can find the cable lol!

Ahhhh, now you've mentioned that, it's come to mind that we also have the Christmas ones too. We've got a Mickey, Minnie, Donald & Daisey. From MGM studios in 1995.

Now I am even more confused!!!

The first time we went was in 2000 & I am 99% sure I never got them then....no one else in my family has ever been so I know I didn't get them as a gift.

oh I'm loving those keys!!!

One I got off ebay.....not seen it before but a uk seller was selling it...

got it for £25 all in...not sure if thats good or not!! Found it on some american websites though!

Edited to say that I so need to learn how to use my camera indoors!! How rubbish are my pics?lol

Then when he had enough he made this wee display in our bathroom.

And to think this is the same man who didnt talk to me the whole flight the first time he went to WDW !!

Of all the interesting things people have shared on this thread, I think your Mickey hotel soaps collected and arranged as a surprise for you by your husband is one of my favorites. It's not the cost of something that makes a Disney souvenir valuable to me--it's all about the story behind it. And your little soaps have a charming story.
