Disney Golf Fees??? Which is better?

As a Disney resort guest is there a fee discount, right? Ok, if I am an annual pass holder I believe there is a 30% discount off the fees of a "day guest golfer".

Sooooo...how is this fee compared to the discount for being a resort guest?
Anyone know for sure?

The resort guest fee is usually $10 cheaper, so if an AP get's you 30% off, the AP would be the better. Keep in mind there are often specials available, so always ask if there are any deals running when you book a tee time.

The only problem is that resort guests using the resort fee can book 90 days ahead, but for the AP, you can only book 14 days ahead, at least at this time of year (for May). So right now, DH is holding all his golf ressies for May at the resort guest rates because he REALLY wants to (he says, needs to, LOL) golf every day. Then, 2 weeks before, he'll call back and see if there's any availability for the AP rates. If so, he can cancel at the resort rates. They won't let you just switch over to the AP rates for the same T-times.

Thanks for the reply! This is the only thing that "cheese's" me off about Disney sometimes. How they can nickel and dime you on cewrtain things. I mean if you're an AP holder and a regular visitor, then c'mon really?

Oh well I know they have to have their rules too!
