Oooh, bounceback! I didn't even think of that.I'm not planning on going back to WDW until 2012, but if I get a bounceback offer in my room..........it might happen!
Yes, it's very important to know when your ADR day is! I'm excited about my open days so I can just go with the flow!I love 4.0 I think having your own adventures is a great idea. SO many yummy places to eat. I gotta check out what my ADR day is.....
Thanks! I don't know if they'd be having the movies outside or not in January. The more I think about the more I like the idea of not having a lot ADRs planned on my solo days.Hey LL!!! Your 4.0 itinerary looks fabulous!!! I was thinking about Narcoossee's too! Once I learn how to spell it, that is!
Good choices, and yeah, just stroll the Boardwalk, and the BC area, the movie idea sounds very tempting -- would movies be running in January outside? I have never been to Disney in January! Plenty of walk in counter service options all around there if you don't want to sit down for a TS...
I'm not sure about the movies on the beach in January. I guess just to be safe take a blanket in case they do have winter movies and it's chilly! Or check it out on the Beach Club Yacht Club thread...There are some real experts over there!![]()
I had a chance to talk to Jen about our itinerary earlier this afternoon as she was driving home from Disney World. Nothing like planning your next Disney Trip while driving home from your last one.
There have been lots of changes to the itinerary since I've added on days. I'm almost wondering if I'm adding TOO many days.![]()
Who knows. I'm just going to go with it for now.
I'm working on my Three Things list inspired by Heidi. Instead of having a huge crazy list of attractions I want to hit up, I'm going to pick the three major things I want to get done that day.
Itinerary 4.0
Saturday January 9th:
*Southwest Flight Arrives @ 10:40AM
* Check in @ Pop
*Choose my own Adventure Day
I do not think I'll be going to a park this day. I'm going to be in Disney for 11 days. I don't think you can get an 11 day Park Ticket so one day has to be park free. It's probably going to kill me not to go into a park but I'll manage. I'm thinking of hitting up Downtown Disney for lunch and then taking the boat over to Port Orleans so I can get my fix in. Maybe even checking out the boardwalk area.
I
Sunday January 10th:
*Animal Kingdom @ Rope Drop
*Break @ Pop
*Narcoossees @ 5PM
*Magic Kingdom EMHs 8-11PM
I'm iffy on Narcoossee's. It looks really good and I'd love to check it out. I'm just worried about eating there solo.
I
Wednesday January 13th:
*Hollywood Studios @ Rope Drop
*Break @ Pop
*Animal Kingdom EMHs 5-8PM
Jen arrives this night...probably around 11PMish. Yayaya!!
LL......
It is so easy to get behind on your TR because there is always something happening. I had no idea you were going for 11 days!Woot! That is one long trip. I am so jealous. See - that's why I have to go 2 - 3 X a year. It takes me that long to get my 11 days in!
Hmmmmm....what to do on a non-park day. Seriously - I think you should take a DVC tour. I know, I know - you are not ready to buy yet, but I think the tour is really fun. Here's the best part - they will pick you up at your room, drop you off wherever you need to go, feed you lemonade and cookies before you start, feed you ice cream when you finish, and give you FP's. You could even visit the kiosk after your DTD lunch. They will wisk you right over to SSR.
Nicholas and I did this on the first day of a trip, before we had park tickets, and it brings back special memories for me!
Now I know Denny's fish was a little scary, but I really did like Narcoosee's. The location was perfect and the restaurant is very private. I really don't enjoy dining by myself, but this is one place that I would feel comfortable visiting solo. The staff is very nice. I say....go for it!
Oh AK EMH!LOVE the AK at night! Yeah for Jen arriving. Wait....wasn't Jen just there?????
Kidding!
Love all your plans. What a fab trip you have planned!
11 Days is a little scary too me for some reason. I wonder if it's TOO long. Ahhh, the life of a troubled DISer.LL......

LL...I love the itinerary!! We are going to have so much fun I can't wait!!!!! I have to agree with MEK...I think a DVC tour would be a lot of fun and something you could finally find the time to do and get more information on it!
