Disney Gift Card Deals

Went in to Target today to buy ebay GC's there rather than running so much through my account. I'll happily forgo the 5% and ebates if it keeps my account from getting banned. My store now stocks the ebay $200, which I know others have mentioned their store carrying as well. That is a great addition! So, bought $400 worth through the self-checkout. Used 3 Target GC's to cover it all. No problem. Easy-peasy.

I wasn't planning to buy DIsney today but just wanted to see what the stock looks like. My store has no $100's that I could find, a handful of $50's and more $25's than you can possibly imagine. Every register is overflowing with the $25's. I wonder what is going on?? Is it simply people buying them up, or is Target going to begin carrying a higher denomination or variable card, like other stores are doing now? Target needs to run a sale on the $25's. Apparently, no one really is buying those.

think its just the hassle of combining disney gift cards. took me quite a bit to combine 2k worth of $50, think ill go crazy doing $25 gift cards.

FWIW Meijer has Game Stop cards buy $50 and get $5 checkout coupons for future purchase. It's not advertised, just signs in store at gift card section (a few other stores and restaurants but you can only buy those pictured) I'm considering getting $150 and making a first time flip but I think I need to open a new eBay account as I have never received ebucks offer (old account and I just signed up for bucks a few weeks ago but none yet)

I did a round at 9:30am and 10:30am on two different accounts. Both came in within 30-40 minutes, however I have had an order take as long as 10 hrs before.

Thanks. I was of course told the issue is with eBay and a memo was sent out to them today about it. Then I was told to Unlink my PayPal account from eBay if it's linked or to link my PayPal account to my eBay account if it is not linked. This is the equivalent of turning my computer off and on to see if I'll get a different result. Stupid!

I'll try again tonight.

It turns out unlinking my paypal account was the key to success! I called Ebay when I got home from work, they walked me through it and it worked. Unfortunately, I didn't get the 150"s, and my first purchase I only put through 1000, in case it would look my account again. So I ended up with two transactions.

I haven't tried the GS or BB methods yet. Attractive to do and I'm thinking about it! Now I am sidelined until I get the cards from GCM.

My target cards arrived so I ordered three $100 eBay cards (no ebates). Went through fine. GCM was out of $150s. I was only buying $300 worth so I just paid the extra $1 and ordered the $100s. I think next churn I'll buy in store. I just didn't have time to get to target today.

There have been reports that gamestops are going to stop allowing all gift cards to be bought with their gift cards, and other reports that just amazon and ebay will be restricted. Some have been limited to purchasing certain amounts. I have had no problems whatsoever. I also won't be crippled if I get stuck with 300-500 in gamestop cards since I have 2 teen boys Ebay is my card of choice, since it is great for churning. A distant 2nd choice would be amazon (since they now seem to allow churning), and then they have a bunch of game and food cards.

And gas! If they restrict, I hope they allow some GCs for GCs as I can always use a good discount on Shell and BP GCs.

I have 8 gift cards so I need to split my order into 2. I just placed one, but I am wondering...how long I should wait before I place the next one? I would like to have my eBay cards by tomorrow so I can place my eBay order before my eBucks bonus expires.

Just an FYI: I saw a post on SD that someone had called GCM to have GCM give them their Target GC numbers that were still in transit over the phone. I was highly dubious that they would give those numbers out (or even have them on file), but I decided to take one for the team and call anyway - nothing to lose.

No surprise - they won't give them to you over the phone. While it would have theoretically been a nice way to cut out the issue of having GCs in transit during another eBay Bucks promo, I'm actually relieved for security reasons.

I know it probably sounds obvious, and you probably did it already, but I always ask, did you be sure to sign up your Dh's account for ebay bucks? I made new account for DD25 about a month ago, and helped a friend about 10 days ago, and after doing that they both got the offers that came right after they signed up.

I haven't received any of the offers in months, and I have checked and unchecked the receive promos button numerous times, I just recently signed hubby up for ebucks on his account and he has not recieved any of the offers, I wonder if its regional? I sure wish I would get the offers I have a trip planned in Nov to run the Wine and Dine then another in January to run the Star wars light side and sure would like to make a little extra.

Similar situation, I used part of my settlement for my 1st DVC (230 pnts at BWV). It worked out better than I could have ever hoped, although I could use therapy for my DVC addiction. Thanks for your help, support and trailblazing methods, it shows true character.

I did not get the offer but did receive my 1st shipment from GCM $700.00 sent Priority Mail (from Reno, NV). Not sure how or why they were sent Priority, unless it was to taunt me since I didn't get the bonus offer

My two orders were on different accounts/red cards. I have placed multiple orders on one account before, but try not to spend more than $600 combined on the same account. I did have some $25 cards that I did 3-4 orders of $100 back-to-back when I first started and it went fine, but YMMV.

That would be nice, especially since I haven't gotten one in over a month. But from what I read you have to receive the offer yourself. Never saw a share on any of the offers I did.

I really hope the $100's are not being phased out. Of course, other stores seem to have no shortage of them so I guess it is just all the Disney peeps buying from Target for the discount. I have about 2k I will need to begin converting to Disney here soon. I seriously don't want to have to buy all $25's!

It only says it in the app, gives an option to share. But my message says the same thing. Here, let me see if I can upload a screenshot.

I guess it just means "show everyone what you got but they can't have it though."
