do the discounts on raise.com go down when disney cards are in stock or is this dip below 8% because teachers and graduates are done selling their end of the year cards?

I bet people are using that great Amex offer and buying Target cards at a 30% discount and then turning around and selling them on Raise.

I'm saving > 20% right now. I'd have to encounter huge issues to negate my savings (which should be around $800). I get that people run into problems from time to time, but I guess some people value their time much more than I do because I can't imagine thinking this is too much work for the savings.

I agree. I have had a lost package from Target that required a few phone calls, and I was part of the DVA glitch 2 weeks ago where I had to get $50 back. Both of these issues were a bit frustrating but I would have to encounter some significant problems to stop doing what we're doing. It's worth the $500 I'll save when it's all said and done.

PSA. Keep in mind as we save our 13 - 15% it does not take much to lose our savings. Just yesterday I received a package that contained an article of clothing in lieu of my gift cards. I've previously had problems with DVA. Others have had problems with gift cards not activated, or buying target gift cards to find the funds wiped away. I'm finding its a significant amount of work to earn the savings, you have to stay on top of things to realize savings.

I currently have two packages from Target that are getting an East Coast Tour courtesy of the US Postal System. They should have arrived on Friday with 2 other packages that were ordered on the same date but they were sent to the wrong post office and have now been sent North before being sent South and are now sitting in Philadelphia where they will languish until someone decides to send them along.

I hope that you get that mix up settled. I'd be pretty up set if Target gave me a hard time over a packaging error. I'm pretty irritated with the post office and their inability to efficiently deliver a package.

Sure. Just go to Landry's website since they own the restaurant. Sign up for their club at a cost of $25. They will send you a rewards card with $25 on it to spend in the restaurant. In your birthday month, they will also load another $25 to spend. Raise.com has gift cards on sale about 25% off so I by enough gift cards from there to make up the difference. If you don't feel comfortable with just buying them from raise.com, you could also use raise.com to buy target gift cards and then buy landry's gift cards on target.com.

I was short 100 points so I paid $1 to buy them off ebay. Got the code within the hour. Paid $1 got back $10. Not bad in my book.

Unfortunately, not. You only get the additional 5% off with the use of your gift cards when you purchase online. In store they will only take 5% off what you pay for with your Red Card only.
