Kroger used to carry them. I think they still do.Does anyone know if eBay sells variable load gift cards? I want to get something that's $35 and am stopping at Kroger on the way home, so I was curious.
Just want to make sure you know what happened here...I messed up a little here because instead of scanning my phone with her gun for the Chase Pay the girl had me tap it to the swiper machine. Even though it was showing my CF it charged all 3 transactions to my CSR...
Just want to make sure you know what happened hereThe girl had you use Apple/Samsung Pay processed via apple/samsung wallet and NFC technology. Chase Pay process via a QR code, that's different tech and there is literally no way to tap to pay with Chase Pay. Your CSR must be the default card in your Apple/Samsung wallet. Idk how Samsung's work but if you have an Apple phone you can change the default card. I usually remember to select the right card by double tapping my home button while a couple inches from the payment machine so the payment can't process before I'm ready but sometimes I don't remember so I put my CFU as my default card for those days where it all processes before I even realize what's going on! Sounds like you should do that with your CF.
Hahaha!! Thank God for Google & DISBoardsThis might be what my grandma feels like when I try and explain her TV to her. OK, so if I get this straight: When using Chase Pay there there is a difference in payment processing when using the QR code vs the NFC? Do they both code as Chase Pay for the 5x UR on the CF? You were correct in my having the CSR as the default. I changed it so I won't run into this again. I don't have an Apple/Samsung products--just Chase Pay and Google Pay.
EDIT: I Googled. Wow, I didn't know what I didn't know! LOL. https://frequentmiler.boardingarea.com/2018/01/10/use-chase-pay-store/
During 4x fuel points, $900 in gift cards earns 3,600 fuel points. How much that is worth depends on how much gas you can use in one fill up. If my tank is empty, I can use 20 gallons. We only have one vehicle and I don't want to mess with gas cans, so for me 3,600 points saves me $72 on gas. You can get up to 35 gallons of gas at one time with fuel points. If you can use 35 gallons (2 vehicles or using gas tanks), then that's $126 in savings when you purchase $900 in gift cards. Can someone explain how the Kroger 4x fuel points on gift cards saves? If I buy $900 in Disney gift cards today, how much does that save in gas? Thank you.

Every 100 points gets $.10 off per gallon.
You can use up to 1000 points, which equals $1.00. off of each gallon of gas purchased at a Kroger gas station.
If your tank, like mine, holds 25 gallons and was near empty you'd save about $25.00 for the fill up.
Since you'd have 3600 points from the 4x $900.00 gift card purchases you could theoretically have four opportunities to fill up with a savings of $1.00 per gallon three times and $.60 per gallon once.
The only kicker is that you must use the points within the following calendar month that they are accrued.
This is especially helpful if you have a vehicle that requires mid grade gas.
Thanks, everyone for explaining the fuel points. What’s the visa gift card savings? Can I buy Disney gift cards using the same Visa cards? Thanks again.During 4x fuel points, $900 in gift cards earns 3,600 fuel points. How much that is worth depends on how much gas you can use in one fill up. If my tank is empty, I can use 20 gallons. Some of us buy $100 visa gift cards to save a little more. The fuel points you earn should more than offset the activation fees. Then you use those gift cards (with the pin) to buy disney gift cards.
