Converted by last $100 WG card to ebay yesterday and used that plus another $62 I still had in ebay to purchase a bluetooth speaker and some headphones from the Target ebay store. Hoping I don't have any issues trying to return these to Target next weekend after they come in. To those of you who have done this already, do you just bring in the packing slip that comes in with the package? I wasn't sure if you need to use that or bring in the Paypal emailed receipt for the purchase. Was thinking the emailed receipt could be confusing since it does show the total, but also shows $0.00 paid via Paypal.

Just bring and present the packing slip to a guest services rep. It has a barcode next to which says scan for returns. The system automatically processes the form of refund as cash in the amount of the item (plus taxes etc).

I just used the packing slip that came with the package. I had the emailed receipt handy just in case, but didn't need it.

Really? I just used part of one of mine on a toaster oven today. Needed anyways, but still have more $ in ebay cards I would be happy to get gift cards with instead.

ETA: If true, I'd worry that eBay will have decided to allow GC>GC transactions again, but exclude buying GCs or the amounts paid with GCs from earning eBucks. I cannot imagine eBay's authorized GC sellers are happy that eBay cut them off from buyers who have money to spend in the form of eBay GCs, and I wonder if eBay has faced any pushback from these sellers. If eBay wants to keep its merchants happy but still discourage churning, it seems the thing to do would be to add more exclusions to the eBucks program, targeting the "earnings" from spending the same money by repeated buying and churning of GCs. eBay has already added several exclusions in the past year, e.g. no eBucks from eBay GC purchases. If this happens, then I can see us shifting from waiting for eBucks Bonuses to waiting for sales on specific GCs to reap profit from the margins. But those sales usually don't include very many stores that allow GC>GC. And with item limits, too much profit taking should be relatively easy to control.

Hmm, not sure what to think of this, lol! Otoh, it's great cause so many were stuck with ebay cards they'd intended to buy gc's with. And I still have $1300 left to use. Hmm. Hopefully ebucks will remain unchanged. I thought it was possible things might go back to eventually do gc to gc purchase, after many complaints and even sales lost, but this is better than nothing. Still hold out a tiny hope it will be extended, in a month or at some point done the road. But if ebucks changes then it wouldn't be worth much.

We took our Disney Jar to the coinstar machine today. My daughter had a blast pouring the change into the basket. We got a Best Buy gift card for $151.56! I will combine that with the $25 BB gc I have from Swagbucks and turn it into a Disney gc. I'm pretty happy with that! It's a nice chunk towards upgrading our 5 day hoppers to APs.

My trip for next week is paid in full, but we are going to use the bounceback offer and rebook for next September. Which gives me a year to slow churn some cards and Shopkick and whatever else. I already churned the $250 for the down payment, but going through Target these days is both a PITA and not nearly as good a churn as it used to be. I don't have a Kroger in my area and I realize many great avenues are now closed, and PPDG cards are a bit of a nightmare at the moment. So with all that, what are you all finding still works, even if it's at a much lower return now?

This puts me into a bit of a quandary....I have $90 in Best Buy rewards and $100 in Target gift cards. I'm contemplating converting those into eBay (instead of Disney) and adding it to the $10 eBay card I still have to buy $200 from Walgreen's or Best Buy. The upside is that I may be able to catch an eBucks promo and earn an extra $12-$20 in eBucks. The downside is that if I can't get the Walgreen's or BB cards, then I will be stuck with eBay funds that could have been Disney funds.

I was thinking the same thing, I am planning on hitting it as hard as PPDG will allow in the first few days and then doing WG's when there is an ebucks offer.
