DDP TRIVIA:
The Full Throttle beverage shown in the pics above is the most expensive drink allowed on the DDP. (I believe; feel free to correct me if I'm wrong) Its $5 a can!!!! I'd never pay that in a store. Its "OK". I think its fruit flavored. Its made by Coca Cola. Its also only available at the Land in Epcot. Or at least I haven't seen it anywhere else. I've seen other energy drinks, but The Land is the only place I have seen THIS drink.

That looks suspiciously like a product they've brought out here (UK) called "Relentless" recently. Its in the same large cans (500ml?). Relentless taste like and is basicly coca colas version of Redbull. Its quote expensive here, £1.40 usually.

Hurray for more food porn!! I don't think I ever posted this one...from DCA last Oct.
Pacific Wharf Cafe:
On the top, Salinas Turkey Sandwich - Slices of smoked turkey, piled high with tomato, lettuce, Swiss cheese, and tangy mayonnaise, on freshly baked bread. This was a pretty plain turkey sandwich.
On the bottom, Sonoma Chicken & Apple Salad - Tender pieces of chicken breast with tart, crisp apples, celery, and walnuts in a creamy honey dressing with a dash of lemon, served atop a bed of garden fresh lettuce. DM and I  this...we are huge chicken salad fans, though. The bread is baked there fresh in the Boudin factory - yummy!

Mickey Pumpkin cookie...we were disappointed b/c we thought this was going to be a pumpkin cookie - nope, just a sugar cookie.

Very, very easy to do it yourself - I make goat cheese and roasted beet salad all the time! (mine is much better than the one at Epcot ;) )

All you have to do is cut the tops off, wash the beets, wrap individually in foil, then bake in a 375 oven until done - around an hour, depending on the size of the beet. Let them cool slightly, and the skin just slips right off.

I make an arugula and walnut (or pistachio) pesto, and drizzle that over slices of roasted beet and goat cheese, then sprinkle with whichever nut I made the pesto with.

On the topic of the one at Epcot, I find it's gone a bit downhill over the years - since the mixed greens are tossed with dressing ahead of time, they get a little more than wilty, and I don't think the dressing has all that much flavor anymore. :(

Thank you! I got the key lime vinaigrette recipe for it. I'll have to make it soon.

YUMMO!!!! This looks SO good!

Ok, I am dying to try this but am not a huge fish fan ... I usually only eat Tilapia or flounder. Will it be too fishy for me?
No fishy at all. Period. If you dont like fishy, this is great. Just dont eat the open faced salmon sandwich at Norway Pavilion. It's fishy. But the Blackened Catfish was one of the single best meals I have ever eaten in my life, and it wasn't even MY entree!!!! It was my wifes!!! I couldn't keep my fork out of it!:lmao: :rotfl2:

Ya it worked for me to sub onto the thread....I'm thrilled to have found out about that shortcut! THANKS!

Anyone have a pix of the BBQ sandwich at Captain Cooks?

How about Tepan Edo?

How about Braised ribs at Chefs de France?

MmmmmmmmmMMMMMMM!
