no settling or deep breathing needed. i just felt the need to reply to your post. you can't expect to reply to my post and say something like, "by the way, i didn't see any images in your post, it was all talk" and not get a response.
The irony of wanting photos over words, but all you added were words struck me as funny. I made the simple statement highlighted above and even put a little funny smiley to show I was being funny (I was amused at your musing), but obviously subtlety is not recognized by everyone.
i didn't scold anyone. all i said was, "more food...less talk." i don't think i'm the only one that thinks that.

you have to admit the original food porn thread didn't have quite as much discussion at this one does. but like i said before, this is a discussion thread and people can do what they want. i have been one to ask questions about certain food before, as well. i was simply pointing out that there's another thread of food pics in case someone wasn't aware of that and was looking for pictures from somewhere that hadn't been posted here yet (i.e., blue zoo).
Actually, I have been watching the original thread since I joined DIS and it has been a healthy balance of discussion and photos......probably had more text post then photo posts if you want to go count it. Like you said, we all ask questions and interact though this forum and many times the talking goes on, and on, and on before new images get posted....it is the nature of the beast that is Disney food porn. I appreciate helping others locate information they are looking for that we have seen on other threads........that's what makes using the DIS fun! I never had a problem with directing people to view the other photos; I too was trying to give others information. I never meant to upset anyone!
and by the way, the original food porn thread says, "closed" at the top. but thanks for clarifying anyway.
