When ordering from the Disney Floral & Gift website, do you need to know your room number or does it go to reception them bell services delivery your order?

No, you wouldn't even know your room number until you are checked into your room. They will figure it out with the resort on the delivery day.

When I placed an order recently, all they needed was my name and resort (and cc). We have used them a few times and it is always very nice. Like pp said, they go to the front desk first. Depending on what you order they may leave it with the front desk and have bell services deliver it OR if it is more involved with the room (ie. Scattered flower petals, etc) they will set it up themselves. Regardless they need to stop at the desk first.

I think so. My fiance ordered rose petals in the shape of a heart from Disney Florist as a surprise for me. However, since it was a display that needed to be arranged, Disney Florist are the ones who came into our room to set it up - not bell services. My fiance was a little disappointed though, because he asked them to come after 5pm and they came some time between 10am-2pm, so the arrangement was set up when we came back for a break which he didn't want. They should have told him they don't honor time requests, and they didn't. So as long as what you want isn't time sensitive, it should be fine.

I've had flowers delivered during my last two stays and they've been delivered when we were at dinner both times

You do not need to give a room number. The most important thing is to give them the name the reservation is under. Disney's system isn't that friendly when it comes to locating guests who are not lead on the reservation.

They will absolutely put items in your room when you are not there unless the item contains alcohol. If it contains alcohol, someone 21 or over must be there to accept it.

I just ordered gift baskets for my nieces this past week. All I needed to know was the date they arrived, who the reservation was under, and where they were staying. Other than that they took care of it all! They said that they cannot have it in the room before you arrive because they do not pre-assign rooms. The girls got it their baskets the evening of their first day! They loved them!

I'm not sure, but I think it is in the 32830 code area. If you're trying to determine delivery cost, it is $10 to deliver to Saratoga Springs.
