FP+ has hit a new low. Looks like nothing more than a strong arm tactic to get people to pay admission but not do certain rides.

So when there is a lull, do the characters just sit around and twiddle their thumbs instead of seeing standby people?

Perhaps they will pose for exclusive photos which we can pay to add to Memory Maker

Not if you just scored Soarin' or TT as your 4th FP. Then you have to watch from a distance.

That's totally what I'm wondering. I still have hope they'll allow additional FP+ bookings via the app by the time I go on my next trip. I do have a bunch of AdRs scheduled and will meet characters this way but I loved the M&G with short lines too. I can never get enough of Tigger!

The initial stages of FP+ generated much dissatisfaction and people were vocal about it. Eventually they tweak it, only within the last week, to a point where the majority of us are saying "Ok, not what we would have chosen but we can work with this and live with it". And now this. Were they softening us up to throw this one at us?

I just don't get it. I mean I have read that some folks didn't like Soar in' or TT, maybe they didn't like either. But then there is Maelstrom or Illuminations. Is Epcot really struggling with having Tier 1 available? Are people really that gullible and will be happy to get a tier 1 to see pooh & Tigger? Gullible might not be the right word. I guess like the OP, I'm rather mad and disgusted it's come to this.

That's what I think, and to try and make Soarin/TT last longer by creating more options that most people won't use an initial FP for.

I do believe this is new as of today. Well announced today...hasn't started yet. Minnie in HS will be. They are taking pooh n Tigger out of AK and bringing in Donald n daisy which will be FP+ only.
