I wouldn't hold your breath on that. They are not going to do them all at once, they can probably only afford to take 1 out of service at a time with current reservations. When a project is announced, it can take months before they even start. They need to design it, hire contractors, etc.
But anything that is not yet sold to members could be renovated and then swapped with member inventory.
) combined with the distance of the outlying buildings to the main area were the reasons we sold our SSR. Adding a good pool and restaurant remove 2 of the negatives in my mind. Good decision IMHO.

I guess it goes the same route as the annual planner.
