**Disney Fantasy June 30th, 2012- EASTERN**

I could be wrong, but I thought I read somewhere that they still have Crush on the first night.

That would be cool!
Can anyone confirm?

And then the obvious next question is what happens if you get Animator's Palette for a third night?

On the Fantasy preview cruise I took in March, I was told that the first show at AP would be the new animated show with the characters you draw...by the way, it is so cool! The second show will the Crush. Hope this helps.

Here is a great article from FOX about taking the kids aboard the Disney Fantasy! http://www.foxnews.com/travel/2012/04/06/taking-kids-aboard-disney-new-fantasy/?cmpid=cmty_{linkBack}_Taking_the_kids_aboard_Disney%27s_new_Fantasy

Enjoy!!

From looking at the Personal Navigators posted online, it appears the "Club 18*21" activities are those for the college-age crowd. But they only have four organized events scheduled during the week. So our college aged cruisers really need to be sure they are at the first "Ice Breaker" on the first night of the cruise, to meet each other so they can plan to gather on their own and hang out at the pools, other activities, etc.

Agreed! They have a facebook page, I wonder if there has been any correspondence?

Well, from the looks of it from other posts on Dis and from those that have sailed the MV on the Fantasy, it looks like the new AP show will be at our second seating of AP. I can't wait to hear reports back from those that have cruised the Eastern Caribbean cruise and get their Navigators!!

How do the kids club events work?
Do they announce when a different activity will start?
That is, are the kids responsible for keeping their own schedules?

If they want to do X at 9:30 and Y at 11:30 but can't keep time, do the parents have to show up and remind them? :confused3

Thanks for the info on Wave Phones.
Anyone have any ideas about the kids clubs (see above)?

My experience with the kids clubs (from a MR cruise last year) is that the programs/activities within the clubs are announced so the kids who are paying attention to the announcements will know when those activities are taking place.

Another quick thought - does anyone know what the show schedule for the Fantasy will be?
That is, which shows on which days?
I was trying to plan Palo and didn't want to miss something good!

Hi everyone!

We will be joining you on the June 30th Fantasy cruise!:banana:

We just booked today - first cruise for my husband and 8yo son, and I cruised on "The Big Red Boat" waaaay back in college. We were never able to make the budget/timing/schedule work, but decided to book today when I saw that the VGT rate was available....so needless to say with that rate we are now committed...to some random stateroom somewhere LOL! So excited I can hardly contain myself!

I will be spending every waking moment between now and then reading, researching, and preparing, like every good Dis'er would. Not gonna lie - I am completely and utterly overwhelmed trying to pull this together in such a short amount of time. :scared1:

I am going to thank you in advance for your advice since I know I will have questions... off to study this thread now.
