Disney Experience Card

I was making dining reservations this morning through the DC number. The cast member mentioned the Disney Experience card. She said it costs $60 ($55 with ap) and it offers, among other things, 20% discount at many WDW restaurants for the card holder and 6 others. Is anyone familiar with this program? I couldn't locate information on the WDW site.

Disney's Dining Experience is for Florida residents only and proof of residency is required. Here's a link to the official site which has more info:

Wish it were available to the rest of us. The CM really should have asked if you were a FLorida resident before offering it to you.
