Disney Early Morning Magic

DH and I did it in August, and overall I thought it was worth the $$. You get early access with limited crowds, which was a big seller for me, and the included breakfast buffet was actually pretty great! Have a great trip!

Can anyone speak to transportation options for EMM? Are you pretty much limited to buses? Or do you need to find your own way there by 7:30ish? We're trying to figure out if it's worth for us. we have a LO under 1 and are staying at a monorail resort for ease of use. I am assuming, maybe incorrectly, that the monorail isn't open that early.

It has already been extended into June. March and April only have one date per month.

Oh, I see. I've only been looking at March, and they aren't doing much besides March 7 since it's a busier time with Spring Break crowds. Too bad.

I've been wondering about whether or not to go with EMM and this thread has definitely convinced me.

We did the EMM at MK back in October and absolutely loved it! We rode the 7DMT 6 times, Winnie the pooh 3 times, and Peter Pan 3 times. At 9:00 am we were first in line for Haunted Mansion and then we hoped on Its a Small World by 9:20 (which is one of my son's favorites) and then we went right next door around 9:40 for the breakfast buffet, which was delicious and had several things to choose from. We sat by the window where my son could watch the boats from Its a small world and then we rode it again around 10:10 still with no line. We had our fastpasses start at 10:00, 11:00, and 12:00 for POC, JC, and Splash Mountain. We made sure to hit our first fast pass around 10:40 that way when it was over our second fast pass window had opened, and then after our second fast pass ride we rode the Flying Carpets while waiting for about 30 minutes before our 3rd fast pass came open. This was one of the best experiences ever if you plan your day right and have the fast passes line up right. By 12:30 that day we had rode 19 rides and were leaving the park for a break back at the room. Well worth the experience for us since we had a little extra money at the time!

This plan sounds perfect, I'm going to try to schedule our morning similarly. Exciting!!

I hope they will have EMM at DHS again in August! DHS is my DD's most favourite park! Pixie dust!

We are going in October and wanted to book the EMM at MK. Any idea if this will be extended beyond Sep?
Has the DHS one now ended?
