Do they give us one, or do we have to set it up ourselves?? I can't find anything on the hub that says how to do it!!!

If you are eligible to receive one they set it up for you. In good news once you have one you get to keep it even if your status changes!

I'll echo what's been said: you are generally given one if the duties of your role necessitate such. Most CP roles don't include this by default, the exception to the rule being Resort Hospitality H/H's (their accounts are created at some point during training). If you do things related to your role where access to company email and intranet could be of use, discuss this with your manager/COTs.

I'll 3rd it...I believe that I heard somewhere through it all that Vacation Planners do as well...it's kind of one of those things where you get it only if you really NEED it...for example, in hospitality, we used it everyday...in merchandise, we never would have needed it.
