DISNEY DREAMING! A Nov/Dec 2010 PTR *12/9 ~ Hello Again!

Yay for movie nights!!:yay: Love Aladdin and Lion King!!!:lovestruc Great first choices!:thumbsup2

I love how you displayed your pins!! So cute!:) I think I may have the boys start pin trading next trip....:scratchin

Aww...the Tusker House was so much fun!! The food and the juice were so yummy! You're going to love it!:thumbsup2 ::yes::

One of the highlights of our trip last April was walking around the Tree of Life. I got so many great pictures!! I actually think I was able to fill a small photo album with all the pics.:rolleyes1

How cool to be able to ride EE in the dark!! :woohoo: We were excited to ride BTMMR in the dark...I can't imagine EE. It will be so much fun! YAY for Demetri being able to ride this year!:cheer2:

The movie nights look like a blast! I need to look at our schedule and figure out if we have a consistent at home night where we can all watch a movie together.

That sounds like a great day! I always feel like it;s the one park I never slow down enough in. In all of my Christmas research, I had never read about Goofy's Winter Wonderland. After doing some quick googling, I am totally adding that to the list! The boys are huge Goofy fans so they will LOVE that! How exciting that Dimitri wants to ride EE. Right now, Doug is saying that he does but I am not sure he will stick to that once we are there. I had said that I'd wait till we had a kid who wanted to ried, but now I am thinking of changing my tune. We shall see in 92 days!

Sounds like a great day!:woohoo: AK is our favorite park and you mentioned all of our "must-dos". :cool1:

I love your movie nights! I think I'm going to try to add a movie night for us too! A great way to get everyone ready for Disney World!

Your AK day sounds great. We're doing AK on a non-EMH day and I'm concerned about getting everything done in the one day. But I have to remember that this trip is supposed to be more laid-back! I had never heard of the Goofy's Winter Wonderland either. I hope they do it this year as well!

Love the movie nights! You are so right about the time going by faster with a countdown!

Your AK down sounds perfect to me!! I love that you listed the photopass locations. We have never bought the PP cd, but we will be buying it this trip, so any extra location info I can get is awesome!!

Love the movie night photos :) Great choices too :thumbsup2

Day 4 sounds great and EMH in the dark is awesome, love the EE pic :)

Demetri gets the next choice for movie night and he's having a really tough time narrowing it down. :rotfl:

Pin trading is so fun, they would love it!! I really hope Demetri loves EE. I could ride that over and over and I can't wait for the night ride!

Yesterday I bought some black tshirts and I'm going to try the reverse tie-dye to try for the 'safari look' Mickey head shirts. If they turn out, they'll be our AK day shirts. Donald will be ticked. :rotfl:

The movie nights are definately fun for us. We have such crazy schedules and hockey hasn't even started yet that a small break for us to join together for some fun is just what we need!

We tend to motor through AK too just because it's been soooo hot. I need to slow down though to find Devine. I have her show times listed and I'm determined to find her! Glad to share Goofy's Winter Wonderland! Is it just the morning show or is it throughout the day?

I hope you and Doug ride -- your AK day is when your meeting us at the Poly the day before right? I hope Doug can tell Demetri how awesome it is! :yay:

I've left off Kali River Rapids :sad1: It's one of our favorites but I'm not sure how the December weather will be. Maybe if we wear ponchos? :confused3

I love our movie nights too! Alex was saying last night how long it'd been since he'd watched some of these movies... he was laughing at parts as if it was the first time he'd seen them. :happytv:

I'd highly recommend picking your must do's and sticking with the laid-back approach. So much nicer! :thumbsup2

It really does go faster!

Have you been to the AllEars PhotoPass site? Lots of great info there.

Plans look great girl!!! I can't believe how quick our trips are coming up!!! I'm super excited... We usually do movie nights too leading up the the trip, but with Devon not knowing I'm dying here!!!

Thanks! What if you called them 'post Disney' movie nights? :rotfl: He'd never guess you have another trip coming up -- does he know you can't normally keep a secret? ;)

This is true I may be able to get away with that! I don't think he would guess, but I put nothing past that boy! :rotfl: No, he knows I can keep a secret... I've surprised him with things before!

Don't know how I missed your updates :confused3

The two movie nights sound like fun. I love getting songs stuck in my head :rolleyes1:rotfl:

Your AK plans sound great to me. I'll be looking forward to your santa goofy pictures, how fun.

Love, love, love the movie night pics! It sounds like you guys are having a great time with it! :cool1:

Your AK days sounds wonderful! The Christmas Tree at AK is Bea-U-Ti-ful!!! Your going to love it!

I don't think you'll have any problems at Tusker House for breakfast! There is a HUGW variety of stuff! They have regular breakfast foods, pancakes, eggs, bacon etc. They also have a lot of fruit, a lot of bagels and cereal etc! It really just a whole lot of food! It's really yummy too!

BTW, are you guys doing the Candlelight Processional Package?! The packages go on sale tomorrow morning!!!

And my tickers are still all wonky! Boo!

I love the way you displayed your pins. I think we are going to start pin trading this year. I think DS4 will like it.

Tusker House is an awesome breakfast buffet and the character interaction is fantastic. We went last year and are going again this year as well. Love the Jamba Juice-so yummy!

I think your AK plans look great!! :thumbsup2

I just mentioned to Marc last night that I really want to watch Aladdin but that is one of the few Disney movies I don't own.

Love your corkboard. :thumbsup2

Hi! I'm back! I've had nothing but computer problems since the middle of July. First another virus and then there is something wrong with the cable lines on my street and the cable company can't seem to fix it. So sometimes I can get online and sometimes not:mad:

I'm all caught up now. I saw the picture of Dimitri in his Woody pjs . That is what I bought River to wear at the Halloween party at Disney. I wanted him to be comfortable enough to be able to run around and play and go on rides and that looked like a costume too:laughing:

I promise to stay caught up now unless this stupid computer goes out again!

I'd highly recommend picking your must do's and sticking with the laid-back approach. So much nicer! :thumbsup2
That's the approach I take. Since we have so many days this time, I am going to pick must dos for each day. When they are done, then move to the, ooh that looks neats.

Oh boy! Demetri will finally be able to ride EE! And in the dark, perhaps! :woohoo: He must be so thrilled... it's a major rite of passage to be "big enough to ride!"

Love your nice-and-easy touring plan... especially for Animal Kingdom. That park just begs you to slow down and look around.

Lovin' the countdown chain/movie night pix! :lovestruc The kids are so into it!

And your cork board-decorating project is fabulous. All my pins are out of sight in a binder... except for Nurse Minnie that I wear on my uniform (see below). Its must be fun to have them on display to enjoy year-round!

Kathy

Great job on the pin board! Think it'll ever be completely full? ;)

I like that little song from Aladdin too. Sometimes those reprises are better than the regular song...there's one from The Little Mermaid too that I really like.

Your AK plans sound great! I love that park so much. Awesome Demetri will be able to ride!

It looks like it'll be throughout the day and he'll be in his Santa gear at the meet n greet area!

Yup! We are going to have the GTG on the evening of our AK day! If Doug loves it, I'll be sure to have him pump Demetri up! If he hated, we won't talk about it. :goodvibes

I am not sure what we'll do about Kali either!
