Disney Dream Reward Dollars

I want to be able to use my Disney Visa Reward dollars (Disney Dream Reward Dollars) to pay for food at the theme parks. Is this allowed? Can I use them to pay for parking or possibly tours?

Any advice would be appreciated.

I don't know about the parking, but I can say that we've used them to pay for food at restaurants all around the parks. We also used them to pay for our room reservation!
