FE LIST HAS BEEN UPDATED!!!

As of this update, there are currently 16 cabins participating.
That gives us 29 Adults and 26 Kids - Under 18 (17 girls and 9 boys)
To resolve some questions I have PM'ed all those currently participating in the FE exchange with a POLL to get an idea of how large of a group we all want and a cutoff date for additions.
For those of you debating on whether to join.... WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?!?
But seriously, it is a lot of fun to come back to your room with little presents waiting. It's like Christmas everyday.... and what better way to make a Magical Cruise more magical than adding in a version of Christmas!
DISTRIBUTION OF LISTS:
1. I will leave the GoogleDoc available till after I return from my trip.
2. I will have lists with me at our Cruise Meet (which posting about in a separate post). They will be much like what you see on GoogleDocs, but I will rearrange them to be organized by cabin number, so you can easily go deck by deck. If I have time, I may even include a map of the decks with the cabins highlighted.
3. If you are unable to make the cruise meet, NO WORRIES! I will be putting copies of the list on my cabin door to make easily available to everyone. So the only cabin number you will need to remember is mine (7578). The only difference with these lists are that I will remove all real names for safety. They will also be organized by cabin # and include the DisName of the contact person and who is with them. (ex. DH, DS - 9, DD - 3). If there are any issues with that, please feel free to let me know.There will also be a dry erase board where you can swing by and write if you have been upgraded or your cabin # has changed.
CUTOFF DATE and LATE ADDITIONS:
Anyone waiting to add later, I will post the outcome of the POLL as far as the cutoff date. I would like to note here that I have mentioned to those involved that after the cut off date there is what I like to call the Pixie Dust List, which is anyone who would like to add onto the FE Exchange List after the cutoff date. It works like this; anyone who adds after the cutoff date gets put on a separate list and they go about the FE exchange as if they were a part of the original group. The only difference is that those a part of the actual FE List will have the option of delivering gifts to those on the Pixie Dust List. Really it means those who are a part of the FE List and have some extra gifts to spare can then consider the Pixie Dust List as part of the original list. I hope that makes sense.
REGARDING THE CABINS IN CONCIERGE:
First off, those staying in concierge... I'M JEALOUS!
Anyone staying in concierge, which I believe there are 3 cabins, will obviously be able to participate in the FE exchange, but those of us trying to deliver gifts will be faced with the challenge of a gated area. It does not mean that you will not be able to deliver your gifts. There are two options!
If anyone has been on a
Disney Cruise you know that their are Crew Members always roaming the decks. If you spot one, explain to them what you are trying to do (most know about the Disboards and FE exhanges). They will either open the gate for you so you can make your delivery or they will take your gift for you and make sure it gets delivered.
The other option is those of us trying to deliver to the concierge cabins can go to Guest Services and explain what you are doing and they will deliver it for you. Note: Make sure the cabin number is clearly written on the gift or package to ensure it makes it to the right place.
