GOOD MORNING FELLOW CRUISERS!!
Busy, Busy, Busy!!!
I worked 2 days this week. Colton was sick, so he'd go to school and then come home early. Had to run him to the Dr too. Not strep, which is what we all thought it was, but a virus that mimicks strep. He is feeling much better now. Thursday afternoon we met a few friends for lunch, then headed to the field house to make sandwiches, then off to the game. Our team won!! Friday morning I frantically cleaned the house just in time for Steve's parents and Aunt to arrive. We went to the high school game that evening...and we won! Saturday morning we were up early again...and off to the middle school JV game. Turns out the away team brought the JV AND Varsity and PLAYED the Varsity. Hmmm.... we lost, but it wasn't a shut out. Then the family left and we went to meet our friends from the Chevy Avalanche Fan Club for dinner. (we've owned 2 Avs over the years, don't have one now, but the friendships we've made can not deter us from showing up at thier meets!) Ran by Home Depot for some new shelf supports for in the kitchen, caught up on Facebook and was in bed at 930. I know I was asleep with in minutes of hitting the pillow. Can't even remember what was on TV! I know it was HGTV I flipped to, but then crash! Today will be laundry, grocery shopping, straightening up a bit and fixing the shelf in the kitchen. (thankfully, it didn't come crashing down!)
DMMom...I would LOVE to see the Eagles!! Have fun!!!! I bet 9 to 5 was good too! Funny movie!!!
txvjc...congrats on the employment! My brother in law was unemployed for a year and a half and it made for a very stressful time in their lives. I hope this becomes a permanent job for you!! I haven't given much thought to what we'll do every day on the ship, but we have a LARGE group going now! I know we have 17 as of right now and 5 more looking to book this month! With that many, I am sure we'll have some organized things and some free for all things. I am pretty sure Nassau will be a day to stay on board. I just found out our small little local market....think fruits, veggies, plants and a few amish made items thrown in.....sells Tortuga cakes! I was shocked to find them there! They only had the original, but that's fine with me!
Time to get off of here and get moving!! Steve will be home at 6. We'll have dinner and head out to the store. Got to get my coupons together too! Have a great day everyone!!!!
