Hey all!!

I'm not officially booked yet (hope to do it by the end of this week) but my sister and I will be joining you.

I am doing the 5K, 10K and half marathon at marathon weekend and my sister is doing the half marathon.

I did the 5K and half last year and I'm looking forward to doing the cruise after this year and RELAX!! I envision lots of naps in a lounge chair.

This will be my 5th Disney cruise and my sister's 2nd. I'm actually doing the Eastern on the Fantasy this November.

Welcome! That is so exciting you are doing three races in three days! You def. Deserve to relax and nap on this cruise. We were thinking of doing the 10k as Aquaduck15 wanted to do it (but would need an adult to run with him) but it sold out so quickly! I will also be cruising with my sisters, one older and one younger, yep I am stuck it the middle.

Did anyone catch Disney Cruise Line;Behind the Magic on the Discovery Channel last night? We dvr'd it and my daughters watched it this morning. Wow, did that get them even more excited to go in the cruise! If you missed it, I think they are re-airing it Friday night.

We set the DVR to record it, only to find out we don't get the channel. We were disappointed as we thought if we could set to record it online, we must get it but nope. I know Aquaduck was disappointed he didn't get to watch it either. My little sister did though and they got so excited as we leave with them on the Magic in less than 3 weeks!

taped it and watched most of it. It's dated 2013 and even though lots of stock footage there is new info on it.

discovery channel might have programs online for viewing or copied to youtube.

I do enjoy the FE but we are going to skip it this time... it is enough to focus on marathon weekend.

I'm going on the Fantasy in November too.

This one will be my 5th... happy to go to Gold status for the next one!

did u all see the new rules re cabin door decorations? only magnetic attachment allowed i thought that has been the rule. They are going to assess a $100 fine to violators.

I saw that too and was also under the impression that no tape or such was allowed, only magnets. Maybe they felt the need to restress that piece. The only thing new to me was no over the door organizer. some people thought that it meant no FEs, but I don't think that's the case either.

I saw that too and was also under the impression that no tape or such was allowed, only magnets. Maybe they felt the need to restress that piece. The only thing new to me was no over the door organizer. some people thought that it meant no FEs, but I don't think that's the case either.

I attach mine to the wall fishie with those locking plastic clips after reading reports a few years back that extenders were going missing. We've never had any issues with FE goodies or magnets going astray.

I do question some of the elaborate 3-D decorations i've seen on the cabin doors if only as to them getting accidently knocked down by those passing in the rather right hallways...maybe that's something they're trying to avoid.

boggles the mind. Only thing i can think of is it may have been kids goofing around...haven't seen any recent reports.
