I don't know if this has been mentioned, but I got a tip from a CM who just returned from a training cruise. If you have a KTTW card from either a resort room or a previous cruise, bring it. When you leave the room and remove your key from the slot near the door the room shuts down completely, lights, and A/C. Now I know it won't be very hot next week, but I it can get stuffy, so by leaving one of those old key cards in the slot you can keep the air flowing in your otherwise stuffy stateroom!

Yes, there is a slot inside your room, where you put your card when in your room. This turns on the lights and the A/C. Soooo, when you leave the room, of course you will want to take your room key with you, which in turn shuts your room off! My friend told me that when coming back the room was a bit stuffy with the air off. I know this is a "green" mechanism and I am all for that, but I also don't want to spend money on a cruise to be uncomfortable when I return. Lights, no problem, but air?

Woke up to that white stuff again. Another storm that supposed to stop tomorrow morning with up to 6"-8+". It's supposed to be okay Friday morning. Have a 640 am flight Friday morning. Since I'm 1 hour away from the airport, thinking about staying at an airport hotel (International Holiday) Thursday night just to be safe. And it was predicted to be a mild winter. Not happening this year.

Hope everyone arrives safely. Looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday. If anyone that's arriving Friday, wants to get together, let me know.

My daughter and I plan on flying out of the Baltimore airport on Saturday. She told me to come down tomorrow night if it looks like there might be more snow. I live in the Catoctin Mountains near Camp David, we always get more snow than she does, like right now her snow has turned to rain and I am still getting snow. Almost everything is closed because we are suppose to get 6-8 inches before it ends. I wish we had decided to leave on Friday. Well maybe the weatherman will get it right this time and we won't have any problem on Saturday.

Wow, extra key packed. I also read on here they are giving a set number of beach towels sent to your room on CC day. No more bins of them at the exit. Saving their pennies or "green"? hmmmm.

It's still cold and gray here. Snow flurries but nothing too heavy. We fly out of Milwaukee on Saturday morning and will be staying AKL. Planning to have dinner and shop at DTD. The girls love Goofy's Candy Kitchen.

Well, I can tell you that our family and about 15 others will be wearing lime green wrist bands. Hopefully that will be enough to get us started!

I've started packing- there's little piles of FE gifts, clothes, swimsuits, etc. all over the bedroom. It's organized chaos.
We leave early Saturday morning and are driving down to Cocoa Beach for the night.
If you see 2 rambuctious little boys dressed alike (b/c little brother INSISTS on wearing the same clothes as big brother right now), that's us at the Donald pool!
