Disney dining

Am taking my teenage nephew
And kids to disney and getting the free dining. However, my nephew is an extremely picky eater. Can he get something from the kids menu (ie chicken fingers/burger) with an adult table service credit.

How much does he eat? My oldest is 13 and skinny as a rail, but he eats like there will be no food left tomorrow. The kids' meals aren't a lot of food at some places, so you may want to watch for that.
