Hi everyone,

I would like some info please,we were offered the free quick service meal plan for our trip in July and I was wondering if we could upgrade to the regular dining plan. If it is possible would it be worth the extra cost.

Thanks

You can. It's $10 per night per adult, and something less per child. There's a subforum on the DIS Restaurants board specifically for the Dining Plan, with tons of information and informed, helpful people. Go check it out!

I would first check to see if you can get into the sit-down restaurants you'd like (even if you settle for mid-day ressies) and if you get them, go for it. I don't see the value in the quick service meals but if you have children that would like character meals or adults that will like great ethnic food, upgrading is well worth it. JMHO.

Yes, you can. I was going to do that, then I realized it wouldn't be much more to upgrade to a moderate resort and get the updated free dining with it.
