Disney dining plan for August 2006?

Do you think they are going to offer the disney dining plan next year? I am planning to go back next year and want to purchase it. It would be very nice if it were free like this past trip, I doubt it!
What is the cost for adults and children?

I made reservations for the MYW package (with dining) for July 2006. Of course in July it's never free but I think the price is so worth it for my family. I think it was about $37 per adult and $11 per child.
