Disney Dining phone lines this week?

Are the phone lines as bad this week as they were last week? I know last week was busy because people trying to make PS for Thanksgiving, but should it have slowed down now?

I don't mind to wait on hold, but since all I need to do is cancel a few (for the end of Sept/beginning of Oct), I hate to tie up phone lines of people trying to secure hard-to-get PS'.

I expect the WDW-Dine phone lines to be very busy on September 2 & 3 due to the CP Dinner packages. They first become available to book on September 2.

My advice is to either all tomorrow or Wednesday or wait until the middle of next week. It's kind of you to think of those who are anxious to book PS for either Thankstiving or the CP.

I was on hold for over an hour today trying to get PS for Nov. 28th MVMCP dinner reservations. I finally gave up and and hung up........redialed 30 minutes later and only waited 5 minutes to be connected. Got CP at 5:25 on Nov. 28th. I also made Ohana PS for Nov. 23.......no problem getting 7pm.

I can't wait for the November park hours to be released so I can do this all over again. Need to be at the Poly for Wishes.

I have called late at night a couple of times this week and got right through. Maybe you could call then.

I also called yesterday afternoon and had no wait.

I called at 7:15 am on Monday, 8-30. I did not get a CM until 8:03 am.
