Can you use the card at Teppan Edo? I think I have the right name for the card, it's the one you can buy if you are an AP holder and get 20% off food and beverage. If they don't accept the card, do they accept AP discount?

Teppan Edo does not accept DDE/Tables in Wonderland.

If you have an annual pass, you can get 10% off lunch on weekdays.
