General comments/questions - I know the triplets are 5, but on average at what age do kids start losing their teeth? This is one aspect of childhood that totally freaks me out. I am scared of wiggly teeth  !
I think 5 is average. Some say if you get teeth early you lose them early. I can tell you that my DS cut his first tooth at 4 months and will turn 6 in 2 weeks. He has not lost a tooth yet. No signs that they are loosening either. There are quite a few kids in his Kindergarten class that have already lost a few teeth. Needless to say, he is quite discouraged.

Me and I'm in withdrawals! I love Edie Falco.

The new season looks promising for Sopranos... my hunka hunka works for Time Warner cable and HBO was in this week and showed them a clip. I'm looking forward to it!!

Does anyone have the Magic Kingdom board game? I'm considering getting it for DS's bday :cake: and am looking for some feedback first.

We have it and absolutely love it!! Its a great way to get a good Disney fix for us - and Matt will play all the time if we let him. In fact, he has a friend coming over today. I think they'll play that game!!

I say buy it - it's a cheap way to get a Disney fix!! And fun too!

I think I will. His bday is Dec. 2 and we leave for WDW on the 17th. It should get us all primed!

Christian nearly lost his first tooth at WDW! he has 2 2nd teeth and one wobbly - the dentist said this is quite early and six is the average, but some don't lose till nearly 7!!

Christian is a bit wussy about wobbly teeth, and leaves them to work lose on their own, rarely wobbling them. Josef on the other hand, got his first wobbly tooth one morning then pulled it out in the bath that night :earseek: :faint: on hearing from DH that the tooth fairy would bring him £1. Like father like son :rotfl: :rotfl:

I've just washed both DS's t-shirts that I did for Christian's birthday, and the transfers have gone slightly crinkly - not gracked, just scrumpled-looking. Yes an old T of mine, which I put a small tink on (squeezed from Christian's page) as a test has washed up fine

Any ideas? I'm getting nervous about the other T's and pillowcases I need to do ready for St Nicholas.

I've never seen a MK board game - wish we could get it over here ::MickeyMo

whew finally caught up.
Dennise your house looks great i am trying to clean mine today so i can get my tree up next week.
glad to hear the kids are doing great.

Just give me a date and I'll make a shopping/chick fil a trip to Nashua.

LOL I know there is a NH meeting for "The Mousef or Less" in Nashua the first weekend in Dec. I have been flipping back and forth on going ....

I ended up transfering to a scrap of material and hand stitching it to my packpack/purse. I was afraid the material would melt while ironing.

Very nice ... unfortunately ... I don't "do" needle and thread. I have a sewing machine .. but I doubt it would go through the fabric.

When I was sewing allthe patches on my son's and my Scout uniforms ... I called my Mother and apologized to her for all the Girl Scout badges she had to sew on!!!!

I know it's not Disney, but...

DS is having his birthday party at a bowling alley where they have black lights and fluorescent colored bowling balls. His theme is Star Wars. I want to make a t-shirt for him, but I can't come up with anything. Any creative people out there who can give me some ideas?

I don't have anything with the theme ... but I do have bowling graphics I used fopr a t-shirt for my son's party a couple of years ago. We didn't do goody bags -- I made the shirts instead.

The backpack was nylon so I thought that it would melt if I iron directly on it, thus I ironed the transfer onto fabric then sewed it on the backpack.

What do you think an iron would do to that "cordura" type fabric????

It is! It is! We're getting there. Slowly but surely. I think we are the last ones to go. Everyone else's trips are over, except Denise, and hers is just around the corner.

Me too!!! Me too!!!

Three weeks from today!!!

If you think about it, it really only means that you are older than 5. :sunny:

OK ... but you have to admit ... it's wasn't hard to LOOK at the Wiggles! ;)

Where did it go? Who knows? I think it is following the same path as the penny! :rotfl:

LOL Congrats on losing the tooth!

If I'd known, I would have gotten him a Disney Dollar from the tooth fairy to spend in 2 weeks.

be careful with the scpecial stuff -- my DS expect the same thing each time. :) I always got a half dollar coin when I was little. I ended up buying a roll of them --they're hidden away.

BTW, what is the going rate for a tooth?

We give Ben a $1 bill and the Kennedy half dollar. He can spend the $1 -- which he has been saving as "Mickey Money".

well, he may lose that next one at WDW! That would be pretty cool if Tink brought him some Disney Dollars! BK's is close too. How did my babies get so big?

Well .. .don't let them watch TV ... my DS was so excited to get one out ... he was trying to tie a string around it and slam the door shut!! For real!!!! He had used dental floss!!!!!!!!!
