90 minutes yoga (split into morning and afternoon sessions), 10 minutes strength.

60 minutes of a snowboard routine and a butt/thigh routine, followed by some more stretching.
Congrats to everyone for not quiting in this heat or getting distracted by the regular summertime distractions - laying in the sun, drinking beer, people watching, etc
And then my personal stress level shot through the roof, so another 35 minutes of yoga. Guess I'll skip red and go right to green .

Now that we've spent some time shopping at Disneyland, let's hop over to Tokyo for our daily birthday. Today we celebrate the 2005 opening of a new roller coaster at Tokyo DisneySea, Raging Spirits.

This attraction, located in the Lost River Delta section of the park, takes riders racing through the excavated ruins of an ancient ceremonial site. It is visually based on the film The Emperor’s New Groove, and the ride system is similar to Indiana Jones et le Temple du Péril at Disneyland Paris. Raging Spirits is the only 360-degree looping roller coaster at Tokyo DisneySea.
