Does the trip insurance through DCL charge for children or just adults? TIA

Per passenger, I believe.

Yes, it is per passenger and it charges for children. We got it on the cruise we just booked this morning.

I bought the DCL insurance and I'm glad I did. My husband got sick last minute and had to cancel his reservation, so that meant just me and my daughter went on DCL. The insurance refunded all my money lost for my hubby.

Check out other travel insurance providers. There are sites that will allow you to compare policies from different insurance companies. You will likely find better coverage for less money elsewhere.
