i am somewhat impressed with Dick's Customer Service. I had ordered an add'l pair of the kids for my niece. Last week,i got a backorder notice. Today, i got an "order cancelled" notice. They did not even ask me if i wanted another color! just said, this item is no longer available, sorry! So i called them and told her, i was not even asked did i want a different pair. So she said it was too late, that order was cancelled, i'd have to start from scratch. So i got a different color altogether and she gave me the higher price. I said, wait, i had a 20% off code PLUS a one time google credit of $10 off. So she said she had to talk to a supervisor. She came back on and said both of the credits were approved and they would honor them at my original price of $13.99. I am almost afraid to believe her and i'll wait and see what price i end up with. She said i'd get an email stating my order was placed and i did. However, the email has the original price on it. I have a feeling i'm going to be calling back!
